Mediation and Arbitration

Peter Deacon and Bill Taws have formal accredited training in mediation and arbitration. Both mediation and arbitration are being used increasingly as parties seek ways to resolve disputes in a more cost effective manner. Peter and Bill are available to assist you if you are required to attend a mediation or arbitration hearing. Municipal Law

Peter Deacon and Bill Taws appear regularly before Municipal Councils and Committees and before the Ontario Municipal Board. Members of the firm represent their clients in connection with severances, minor variances, assessment appeals, rezonings and other municipal matters.
